The flash of flame circling Mary is the fireball, the initial flaring forth of the cosmos from the heart of Divine Love.

Mary’s posture of outstretched arms invites us into open handed giving and selfless service for our world.

The straightforward and penetrating gaze of Mary of the Cosmos looks directly at each of us as she says, “ Love this Earth and care for the most vulnerable.”
